Too many blasts and you may destroy the gems, too few blasts and they will stay stuck within the pit. A different challenge awaits within each pit. Can you free all of the gems and complete the pit. The mediocre graphics did not instill much confidence about the worthiness of dedicating valuable iPod real estate to Mine Blast, but the stellar cerebral puzzles within have certainly shown me the light. With over 200 puzzles, this will keep me busy for some time. Each level places several gems upon a hexagonal grid. Your task is to dislodge them using the limited dynamite supply. Depending on the color of the gems, each requires a specific number of simultaneous blasts to dislodge them. Too few, and they wont budge. Too many and they will be destroyed. Each type of dynamite has a different blast radius, requiring precise placement for blast zones to overlap in such a way that all gems get the proper amount of exposure to the dynamite. Mine Blast can, and will, drive you crazy, but in a fantastic way. Its hard not to be impressed with yourself when you finally discover the solution to a difficult puzzle. Highly recommended!

This a good puzlle game with many different things to unlock, many different explosive things, and other things to unlocks as well. This is a well polished game.
