Innovative design

An update to my review after 24 hours of use. I would love to see the messages that appear when you click the tumbs up or thumbs down buttons to be present longer. If you are going to have messages, and I think that they are good as they acknowledge that a button has been pressed, let us be able to read them. They tend to come and go too quickly. *************** Original review I love the design expcept I would like an option to have the very little widget not always be floating on the top, and/or adjust its transparency. I was also a little suspicious about the developer’s website being accessible - I get a “database error”. I hope that this app is still in development.

The app is pretty good

It offers all of the features of Pandora One - but needlessly restricts those without premium pandora accounts. It has two states, expanded and collapsed. In an expanded state, the window cannot be moved. It hovers above all of your other apps, occasionally getting in the way - despite not having any useful controls built into it. This app would be far better if it was a menu bar app that didn’t get in the way and allowed free pandora accounts to listen to their channels.

pandora without the vunerable Flash plugin. I’m happy with it so far. I don’t like that the UI is floating over every window—it’s very distracting. Please give us an option to dock the icon in the menubar on top

Works very well with a weird UI… just get it!

No more screwing with Adobe Air or Adobe Flash — this look like pure Mac. Maybe future updates will improve (standardize) the interface.

Elegant looking, but not great

The product is not listed anywhere on the companies website, the application has a global hotkey setting that just shows a blank window…. Yes this requires Pandora One which it notes in the description. The 3 biggest flaws are no support, $5 is way too much, and it doesn’t even show if you have or have not already rated a song thumbs up or thumbs down, only shows these actions, but no way of seeing if you have already done so! Also, this would be much better if it could be docked like in the dock or menu bar. Finally, the developer should strongly consider adding an airplay option, so you can airplay the pandora feed to another device. If all of this could be done, then it might be worth the $5. At best it’s a $1.99 app right now.
