When users click an issue listed under a system or a software product, the app matches and shows the list of support technicians who has access to these systems and who can fix the issue, so the user can quickly call or email the support person to take care of the issue. Its not possible to provide access to one person to all the systems, so we provide access to those who have access to every system.
