MLS PIN Agent™ is an iPad app for real estate professionals who are current customers of MLS Property Information Network (MLS PIN). With MLS PIN Agent™ and your iPad, you’re connected to your clients, properties, and searches anywhere your day takes you! MLS PIN Agent™ has much of the functionality of the Contact Management module of MLS PIN’s Pinergy. With MLS PIN Agent™, you can access and edit client information from Pinergy, and filter your clients using categories. Once you’ve found your client, you can view the results of their Pinergy search criteria in a photo summary (sortable by tapping the header row), map view (which can be resized using standard iPad gestures), open house view and CMA view. The list view also allows you to filter results by category, hidden/not hidden by client, price range, client rating, town, and viewed by client. Tapping a property gives you all of its MLS data, including a photo carrousel view that responds to touch-sensitive swipes. Use MLS PIN Agent™ to search city or area, street and zip code. Results are displayed on an interactive map you can resize using standard iPad gestures. You can filter results by minimum or maximum price, number of bedrooms or baths, property type and status. Sorting is as easy as clicking on a header row. You’ll have the ability to access your listings from anywhere, and view them in map or report view, pre-sorted by Property Type and descending List Date. Pull up your listing details with a scrollable photo gallery, and edit remarks and list prices on the road as needed. Because networking and communication with other MLS PIN real estate professionals is vital to your business, MLS PIN Agent™ lets you access Pinergy’s roster by searching first and last name, office, or address.
