Not professional, Im unhappy with their Service. I have made my landphone bill payment, it was successful and after 4days My outgoing blocked and checked that with mobikwik customer support then they said thats payment didnt gone though and now I have to paid late Payment fee extra on my land phone bill. ☹️ I am never recommending this app for anyone.

Whenever i asked about any issue they used to tell stories and nothing was done on my issue. Even after mutiple attempts, same result.worst experience ever.

There is logout button not available in this app but we have login option. Pls consider this as a priority and make a logout button. Thanks.

Mobikwik is awesome mode of payment. Keep up the good work and keep adding wonderful cashback offers on every purchase. One point to add is please run cashback offers on postpaid bill pay at the begining of the month

Never get offer from from this or cashback in my account even after code is accepted. However always get offer from paytm and they tell at before transection how much cashback you will get
