Description
The challenge of electronic data capture is what you do with the data once you have captured it.
Sending data to an email or a XLS spread sheets has low data integrity and requires time consuming manual manipulation of the data to get it in a format that is usable.
A database such as SQL is a more robust and secure way to store data and allows multiple users to submit or access the data at the same time. We provide a hosted secure SQL cloud to hold your data. This data is backed up on a daily basis.
We assist you by building forms that capture your data before you send your data to the SQL cloud .
Forms can be applied to multiple mobile devices.
Capture your data on a mobile device that is either online or off line.
Once you have finished collecting your data synchronise your data with the SQL cloud when connected to WIFI.
You can even upload data from multiple mobile devices at the same time.
Once you have the data in the SQL cloud it will be available in the online dashboard.
You can also configure the automation of email reports and alerts from your online dashboard.
