OVERVIEW : Mobile Healthcare EHR is the premier electronic charting and patient health records software for the iPad and Mac. A patient portal is available on all devices. Patients can login and create their record, sign documents and direct message their provider. Then the Provider uses the iPad/iPhone/Mac to record visits, exams, ROS, billing, create tasks, notes and manage their practice. Best of all, Mobile Healthcare is fully functional if you lose WiFi. So if you need to visit a patient at a home or if you have an internet outage at the office the app will work just the same. Later, once a link to the internet is detected all of your patient information will backup to the Mobile Healthcare servers and other users in your practice with different iPads will automatically get updated with your recent changes! TOP FEATURES : • Record all patient information including health history, financial information and so much more. • Record patient visits, labs, physical exams, SOAP notes, ROS, vitals, etc. • Use our Artificial Intelligence feature to record the audio of your visits and transcribe them automatically. Then let it generate your medical notes and create the visit records. • Use the robust Reminder and Task system to stay on top of items that need to get done • Insurance claims feature generates CMS 1500 and UB-04 forms so you can bill insurance directly by dropping to paper or submitting electronically • Print, Email or export any patient data as a secure password protected PDF • Import PDFs and create a document template by dropping text boxes, check boxes and signature boxes wherever needed on the PDF to make it fully interactive. Once you create your document templates your new patients will be guided to sign all of the documents as part of their sign up process after they complete their health history information. • Messaging feature records all emails between patient and care provider under client record. You can also message anyone else in your practice or outside of your practice. Continue the conversation in the app or from an email client. Either way, all the correspondence is automatically record under the secure client record. • Use Note Templates to help you type your medical notes. • The Customize Forms feature lets you add/remove/change any field in the system so you can customize any form to meet your practice needs. • New Audit features shows every single field change, who did it and from what device and location since the creation of any record. • Generate reports on your practice statistics, patient outcomes, billing and more. • We are integrated with over 50 lab companies such as Quest, LabCorp, Interpath, RML and many others. Lab results flow seamlessly into your client records saving you time and ensuring that no lab gets forgotten. • OB/GYN support for charting labor flow, newborn details, APGAR scores, IPP and Postpartum visits • Use our new Calendar feature to schedule appointments. Appointment reminders will go to your clients by email and text. • Accept payments and setup payment plans with your clients • New Artificial Intelligence features to record visit audio and generate charting for you!
