Description
RailMate is an enterprise application for the train drivers and guards to view and automatically update rosters, swap roster shifts legally with similarly qualified users, receive and acknowledge important notifications from their company, and develop a social network with other users of the app.
Roster Management
- Continuous Calendar view of roster
- Identify shift and activities within the shifts distinctly
- Receive notifications about updates to Roster
- View roster and shift statistics
Rail Company Notifications
- Acknowledge received priority notifications
- Usage of the app blocked until acknowledged
- Search notifications received
- Maintain Notifications history
Swap Market
- Upload individual shifts to swap or bid for available shifts to swap with
- Check if a potential swap is legal according to your companys business and statutory rules
- Compare views and statistics of before and after swap for your roster
- Approve or Reject a received swap request
- Receive updated roster when a swap request has been approved by the companys crewing system
Social Network
- View other users rostered on your shift
- View buddies rosters
- Stay in touch with users and buddies through messaging
- Attach swap market shift details to messages
You will need an active e-mail address to sign-up and to use the app you must belong to a rail company we partner with to automatically receive your roster information through them. This an enterprise version and cannot be used by users as a standalone application.
