Whenever I try to purchase an issue and the dialog pops up to enter my Apple password, no keyboard comes up. I have attempted to paste password in the dialog and that doesnt work either. Not sure what is wrong as I have bought 2 past issues with no problem. Using iPad 2 with 6.1 OS.

Download took forever - not very intuitive - better off with print addition
