The VivaSpot Business app operates in two distinct modes: Staff Mode and Admin Mode as further described below. Staff Mode - In Staff Mode, the VivaSpot Business app acts primarily as a QR scanner to scan discounts, rewards, and incentives created by the VivaSpot system.
