Nice to have an app, some features I miss from Adium
So far it works for Gtalk. I wish I could sort by active inactive, make groups and such. also menu item notifications would be nice=)
Doesn’t work on GTalk
Never would connect to GTalk for me. I wanted to love this app as an alternative to Flamingo, which has major issues, but this isn’t gonna work for me. Also, it does indeed phone home.. it tried to connect to “cloud.count.ly” and crashlytics.com … so not sure I believe that it doesn’t track users. :)
Cannot get it to work at all.
After 24 hours of every possible configuration to try to get it to connect to a legitimate XMPP server, it wouldnt connect to any of them. I cant recommend this product.
privacy and security!
I love the fact that it’s open source, and thus open to review for security and privacy concerns.
