After downloading software and entering all personal information the app transaction was not being processed with the app. Called money gram and they could not resolve the issue.

Not working!!!!!

Im trying to sign up for the service and its not even working, it lets me enter my info, but when I press Next it does nothing! Its disappointing!!!!!

Awful experience

Yesterday was my first time using the app and I assure you, it will be my last. What I thought would be a fairly simple process (sending $40 to a friend that asked for a loan) turned into a huge headache. From the invasive questions from multiple customer service representatives (that seriously need training on how to interact with other human beings; Ive never had the misfortune of interacting with such robotic people before. They seriously all repeat the same lines as if reading from a MoneyGram Customer Service 101 handbook) before I could even send the money, to my transaction being subjected to additional security screening AFTER sending the money, finally ending with my transaction ultimately being denied without me being made aware due to MoneyGram "not being comfortable" with the transaction. Now Im sitting with my money in limbo as I await a refund. My first and last time using this service.

Their service is great but the app is not. Its full of bugs and need a major update to support new convenience features to users.

Horrible app

No data persistence. Using the back button logs you out so in order to use it I had to sign in more than several times. Couldnt cancel a transaction. Forget the app. Use the web interface on an actual computer.
