MonSense - Making Sense of your Money at Mac App Store analyse

Ive been looking for nice and simple app to review my spending habits. perfect.

How this can be that native language keyboard (e.g. Cyrillic) cant be used to customize accounts, expenses, incomes, etc. names? Was very disappointed to remove application. Переключаешь клавиатуру на кириллицу, а ничего напечатать нельзя - видимо используемый шрифт существует только в латинском написании. Вот уж точно красота враг функциональности! А жаль...

The app is very aesthetic and user friendly, export reports is a great option, but it brings me to the first crucial missing feature -receipt capturing, the report feature is great but not backed up by the receipt. I used to be a dedicated user of the fantastic app Piikki, which had the option to start at camera mode, allowing to quickly capture a receipt with auto cropping and quickly apply all pre defined fields - VERY handy on-the-go feature. It also supported exporting reports, which is very handy to give your accountant for easy processing with proof of purchase- a copy of the receipt. It also supported custom tags for easy filtering and search and geo-location for place receipt was taken. Unfortunately, when I bought the new iPhone 6 with iOS 8, the app crashes and the developers stopped updating it months ago and no word from them if it will ever be updated for months now (one reason I still keep my older iphone is to have access to the app). I still havent found a worthy replacement- I hope Monsense will replace it and will take the lead and at least - add the receipt capturing feature. One last request, please allow sorting of categories manually and not alphabetically, some categories are used more often than others.

it crashes when trying to add new category for expenses. useless app - deleted after purchases and installed. scam - dont buy. im running ios8 in iphone 6.

Monsense makes it so easy to keep a track of my income and all my expenses of work ,home etc. It helps me create a budget and helps me keeps track of debts big and small , also reminds me of the pending payments using iCal . Monsense gives graphical representation of my daily, weekly , monthly expenses which makes it easy for me. It will be great if developers could add a feature which lets me set my Monthly expenditure limit and alert me when my expenses exceeds the limit.

This app is has a beautiful design, and is pretty versatile and intuitive. But it is completely useless to me because every time I try to edit a transaction, it crashes making it impossible to change a previously entered transaction. And I have an iPhone 5s. Also when you delete a transaction, it doesnt delete the amount of money added or subtracted. So basically you just have missing transactions. A pretty app, but not one I would trust to organize something as important as my finances. Waste of money.

This is a wonderful app for people who want to track expenses. Aesthetically designed that goes in sync with the iOS. Wonderful features from quick expenses to changing accounts, icons and switching to a dark theme. The app costs $1.99, but itll save you a lot more than that once you start using it.
