Psychologists recommend tracking mood every day for a few months and then overlaying those results on a female hormonal chart. This app provides for that recommendation and goes one step further in describing the physical changes that might be happening and what hormones are at play with your emotions. The App enables you to catch those emotions and slow down reaction time. When you are aware of your emotions, you can enter the space and manage the day a little bit better. They are all combined to overlay on a healthy female hormonal chart showing the rise and fall of all the hormones during a 28 Day cycle.
