An illustrated encyclopaedia in your pocket, without a need for data connection. Mopedi is ideal for long plane rides, out in the woods and abroad with no network.
What sets Mopedi apart is that the database includes all images and equations along with the full article text. Not just for specific articles, but for all of them.
Location data in articles is utilised: The device location can be used to search for places of interest close by. Existing articles are linked by geographical proximity. Locations can be shown on the phone maps.
This version includes the Simple English wikipedia from October 2012 with over 80000 articles and close to 70000 images. No additional downloads are necessary.
Mopedi is accessible with VoiceOver.
