Mortgage Calculator from Andrews Toolkit Slide to set the amount youre borrowing, the interest rate and how long youre going to borrow for and see how much your mortgage payments will be. Alternate View allows you to enter how much you want to pay each month instead, to allow you to see how much you can borrow (only available on iPhone5 or later and on iPad). App is easy to use and provides info quickly. - Works for repayment AND interest-only mortgages. - Update it on the fly as you view houses. - Switch between entering amount you want to borrow or amount you want to pay. - Choose the interest rate. - Choose how long your mortgage lasts. - Easily select amounts to the nearest 1000. - Easily select payments to the nearest 10. - Results displayed instantly. - Everything on a single screen. - User interface minimises number of taps required to obtain answers.
