Description

This is a handy tool for anyone that is in the market for a home, or wants to see exactly what principle vs. interest in their current loan. Just enter some information about your potential home and with one click see what your loan will cost you per month. This app has already been useful to myself while out with my Realtor, you can calculate a mortgage no matter where you are. Besides having a much nicer interface, unlike other versions out there this app also accounts for PMI (mortgage insurance if you put down less than 20%) and lets you see the amortization of the loan (a break-down of where the money is going month-to-month). It also accounts for your current locale for all currency formatting - so it will work anywhere in the world! I hope you enjoy it! (And if you want to see anything added to the app dont hesitate to send an email - Id love to add in any features that could be useful)

I feel sorry that somebody approved an app like that. If it was free, no problem but charge something for a broken app.

If only you would add a "monthly rent" and "annual return" to that calculator, you would have a buyers dream application. Even without it, I give you A+++

Useful when I did my own buying process. Need to overestimate your insurance & taxes when you use this to get a true estimate of the monthly payment, but thats simple to program. Easy to use on the fly. Recommended!
