Motiv was developed for CEOs and business leads to ensure their decentralized team leads or key managers effectively collaborate, actively engage in daily tasks, and are productive with their meetings and conference calls.
Perfect for small-to-medium size businesses, but also practical for Division Heads or Team Leads at larger companies. Monitoring focuses on providing conference call and email activity summaries with integrations into Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Information is provided in clean and easy-to-read graphs at the team and individual level.
Motiv allows remote organizations and their leaders to navigate a decentralized workforce while addressing potential privacy and spying concerns. It does not access the actual activities content, does not track the actual devices, or requires plug-ins or installing anything on company computers.
Motiv allows a CEO or business leads to monitor key metrics, analyze opportunities for improvement and respond quickly to their team to drive business.
