Description

Quickly calculate your monthly mortgage payment with MrgtCalc. This app features slider bars on all of the values so you can see how each field will affect the monthly payment. You have to option to email, print or text message the quote. It will also calculate your housing debt ratio and your total debt ratio. The following fields are available to add into the payment calculation - 1. Purchase Price 2. Down payment (percent or dollar amount) 2. Rate 3. Length 4. PMI rate (on/off option) 5. MIP rate (on/off option) 6. Taxes (dollar amount or millage rate) 7. Home owners deduction on taxes 8. Insurance 9. HOA dues 10. Annual income 11. Monthly debt
