انا مندوب في مرسول عندي مشاكل محد رد عليه من خدمة العملاء العميل يريد المبلغ حق قام العميل بدفع مرتين في البرامج مرسول قام بخصم المبلغ مرتين في حساب البنك ارسل لي صورها انها خصم المبلغ من البنك وصل لي المبلغ مره واحد اما الثاني ما جاني العميل يريد المبلغ الرجاء الرد عليه
جيد جدا، ولكن أين أجد خيار الفيزا للدفع ؟ او تغيير طريقة الدفع بشكل عام ؟ كل الخدمات أصبحت عن طريق الدفع الإلكتورني ولا أستطيع إيجاد خيارات الدفع
