Completely FREE, this app offers 9 different training levels with adjustable rest timers and 3d animations illustrating proper movement and color-coded activated muscles.
The simple workouts are broken down into:
- Warm-up
- 1st set of exercise circuit
- 2nd set of exercise circuit (repeated)
- Cool-down
If the workouts feel too strenuous, feel free to skip the 2nd exercise circuit; if the workouts feel too easy, you can add another circuit, or supplement these workouts with another one!
