Description

The utility to easily evaluate the monthly payments for a mortgage. Usually we know how much we need and how much we would like to pay every month: if you insert the interest rate that a bank ask to you Easy Mortgage shows the different amounts of monthly payments for different terms highlighting the amount nearer of the preferred one. Looking at details Easy Mortgage calculates the amortization schedule and the total of interests we will pay. Easy Mortgage gives you the possibility to save the different combinations of rate and terms of payments and to show an ordered list of them.

Depuis ma mis a jour du l iPhone le programme ne démarre plus

Non trovo il campo per inserire gli anni di ammortamento

Scusate forse non ho capito bene come funziona, ma se volessi calcolare un mutuo ad esempio a 12 anni? Sembra che il programma lo preveda solo per 5,10,15 ecc. Per il resto tutto ok

Lapplicazione non mi piace. Per prima cosa mancano le durate intermedie. Si è costretti a fare solo a 5 Anni alla Volta. 5/10/15/20/15/30. Se volessi farlo a 27 anni? Per quanto riguarda le differenze tra banche, presuppone Che la convenienza di un mutuo sia per la rats più bassa. Ci sono altri costi Che si addebitano Sulla rata oltre allinteresse. Chi lha fatta non è del mestiere, Che facesse altre applicazioni. Soldi buttati. Ci sono applicazioni migliori anche gratis se vogliamo calcolate un piano dammottamento.

Il calcolo Della rata ha tutte le informazioni necessarie. Speriamo in un aggiornamento che riporti nel riepilogo ancheil dettaglio delle rate come nel calcolo. Complimenti:-)
