When you need to know where to start in your walk with God or your role in life, there is so many tools here! I was not raised in a home that spoke of God outside of Sunday, so this has helped me be a Jesus follower daily and how to put him in my life!

I have been a listener of FL for several years. The content and advice given is still current and relevant. These programs provide essential tools for families to learn how to grow and prosper in this world while following God’s word (even in Northern California :) ). The Relevant Messages
Dear Brothers (& Sisters) in Christ, I am so grateful for the messages you share with us your listeners day by day. I’m especially grateful for the topic you aired recently regarding domestic abuse. I am convinced it is prevalent today. My mother was physically abused for years by my stepfather, but they both found the Lord later in life and that brought much healing to their relationship. Also, for 12 years (1972-1984) I lived with an abusive husband and it proved to be the darkest time in my life. I wish I would have had this information available to me way back then. I became a single mother and remained so for 6 1/2 years. (Family Life helped me as a single mom, as well.) I found the Lord during that time and met my current husband whom I’ve been married to for almost 27 years. We both love the Lord and although our marriage is not perfect, it is growing to be more Christlike day by day as we lean on the Lord for wisdom and grace. Again, thank you so much for publicly making known to your listeners that there is help for abused women and for showing them where to get help and giving them an understanding of who they are in Christ.
