The official My Food Guide app helps you:
- learn how many Food Guide Servings you need to eat from each of the four food groups;
- see how much food is in one Food Guide Serving; and

The ‘family feature’ allows you to create customized My Food Guides for each member of your family! Creating a customized Guide takes less than five minutes. You can save and view on your mobile device anytime, anywhere.
