For a seamless mobile experience, please take note of the following: - Customers on M1 Bespoke Plans should use My M1+ app to manage your account for your new plan. - If you are a postpaid or Fibre Broadband customer, please continue using My M1 app. Manage your account - Check re-contract status and eligibility - Subscribe to Value-Added Services - Nominate M1 mobile lines for more savings with Multi-Service Saver - Nominate M1 numbers for free calls - View Loyalty Bonus and Sunrisers vouchers Track your usage - Monitor your local data, talktime and SMS/MMS usage Roaming - Subscribe to Roaming services and Data Passport - Track your overseas usage of roaming data, talktime and SMS Pay your bills - View and pay your bills in a jiffy

Unusable/Unfinished/Unworthy of even 1

It was working perfectly earlier, but M1 decided to automatically load promotions when the app opens up, and nothing loads. Get the message guys, nobody cares for targeted advertisements. It then prevents me from returning to the apps home screen to check my data, sms balance, etc. Seriously, people at M1, am I really paying $50+/month for this kind of terrible service?

Not Plus Ready

Why is the app still not ready for the iPhone Plus keyboard? It has been over two years since the Plus has been out.

Forced new update defeats purpose of the app

V poorly thought-through upgrade strategy. Im travelling now and am unable to check my roaming usage because the app is now unusable unless I update it. Through 3g. While travelling.

After rushing m1. They finally got smart and enabled this app for all regions. If you are reading this, you are welcome. Starhub and Singtel has already enabled their apps for all regions since eons ago. Now your customers are more happy. :)

Data usage phrase was not tested using different text size settings

Because you havent tested the text size settings at Display & Brightness, this phrase "My estimated Usage" is overwriting the amount being displayed. There is a huge space in blank just below this phrase. Hence the changes for today were not tested using different text size. Please fix this defect.
