Description
My Mind is an application to support people who have been diagnosed with a mental health condition and help them take control. It includes information about mental health conditions and the type of treatment and medication provided in a simple, easy to understand jargon-free way. All information is supported by clips from local specialist clinicians and leaflets provided at appointments are also available via this application. Service users can personalise My Mind to helps set medications and health appointments reminders. My Mind maps mental health recovery services in the Western Trust area including contact details and also provides information for carers, family and friends.
