This app is literally just the mobile web site. No different from using safari.
Horrible
This app is horrible. First Premier is so outdated and needs to get with the times. That goes for the app, the website, payments and everything else. Ugh.
Needs Touch ID
Overall, a solid app. It is an absolute pain to dig out my card for the CVV number every time I log in. No other credit card app makes me do this. Please add Touch ID.

Confusing
This app has a poorly designed interface. Dont trust that any action you have taken through it was completed successfully. Theres no confirmation information when actions are taken, such as payments made (like timely payments) and no indication that inputs have been successful. If you have other bank cards, compare those apps to this one and youll see the difference. Two stars because its a start, but it needs a redesign. I no longer use it.
App Wont Sign-In
The app wont go past the loading screen. Have removed and reinstalled, just keeps loading.
Touch ID, not happening!
I was very excited for the update, now I can log on with Touch ID access, like were now in the 21st Century, wrong! The update was a total bust, when you get into your account and into the Touch ID section you cant even see the full page, its cut off, and pasted together looking at the bottom, and underneath it there is a radio button. And on top of all that you get an error message every time you use your Touch ID to log on. I restarted my phone thinking that would help, and I did the double click of the home button, closing out all the open pages, that didnt work either. This upgrade has been a total bust so far.
