My SmartCam at Mac App Store analyse

Camera works but you have to be connected to wifi to use it. Says you can talk 2/way but if not connected to wifi none of the icon are active. I'm returning to Costco not too happy. Really thought it would be a great camera. Had trouble setting up. It took about 3 hrs to finally Connect.

SCAM- DON'T BUY THIS CAMERA. I'm in shock that this camera is still on store shelves and that I was able to purchase them. They are going back to the store tomorrow! The developer of the app hasn't even updated it in over a year.

It really ticks me off that this camera cannot be used. I think it worked off and on for maybe 2 weeks and then it never worked again. If I wanted a fake camera, I wouldn't have spent so much money. Sharper Image should be ashamed. If anyone knows how to make it work with another app, I would love to know!

I had this camera for over 6 months. It was working fine with no problems. I came home to a green light blinking. I thought my wifi was out but it wasn't. I tried to sign in to my account but the app wouldn't let me. I tried to start a new account but that was a failure too. I tried to download the app on another device but couldn't find it in the App Store. I finally found it through google but it's still not working. I am very disappointed. This is going to the garbage.

Piece of junk! Won't stay logged in them tells me my login info is wrong and if I try to start off with a new account it tells me that parameters are missing! And even when I can't login the video is so unstable you can't even see anything. The sound socks and the quality of the picture is terrible and less you are and bright bright bright light! Throw it in the trash if you've already made the mistake of buying one
