MyELAS enables you to remotely monitor and control your Electronics-Line Security System from your smartphone or tablet device. With MyELAS, you can arm/disarm your system, receive intruder alarms together with event images for video verification, take live video images on-demand, activate your smart home devices and more. Note: You need to have a registered Electronics-Line Security System with a valid username and password to operate this application. You can register directly from the MyELAS application or from www.myelas.com.

Bonne appli mais ...

Bonne appli simple dutilisation. Par contre les notifications dévénements ne fonctionnent plus depuis mon passage dun 4s à un 5s. Mail envoyé au support mais pas de réponse. Cest dommage car bon produit mais ça perd de son intérêt sans notifications sur smartphone

Bon système dalarme mais....

Le système est bien mais pour les notifications il faudrait que lon puisse choisir le son dalerte pour que lapplication serve vraiment sinon le cambrioleur qui rentre chez vous a le temps de vider votre maison si vous navez pas le téléphone sous les yeux en permanence.

Il y a une perte de mot de passe est de code pin en cas de mise en route de lapplication HORS CONNEXION. Impossible dutiliser ensuite lapplication si vous avez oublié ces codes…

Ich habe jetzt 3x versucht mit den Support in Kontakt zu treten ohne Erfolg. Ich wollte nur wissen warum bei IOS Geräten nicht die Möglichkeit besteht das Passwort auf dem Handy abzuspeichern. Keine Antwort. Selbst die Kundenhotline ist .... ach egal sinnlos ärgere mich über jeden Euro für diese Alarmanlage sinnlos.
