Description
yHome IP for iOS shows the most important network details from your Mac directly on your iPhone. It is designed for users who want quick access to the current address of their Mac, server, or home network while away.
The iOS app reads the data provided by the macOS app through Apple's iCloud service. It can show the external IP address, internal IP address, hostname, operating system, uptime, memory, VPN status, and last update time.
To sync the data, the macOS app and the iOS app must use the same iCloud account. iCloud must be enabled on both devices. The macOS app is the data source; the iOS app presents the current values conveniently on your iPhone.

Your network details are not sent by email and are not stored on the developer's own servers. Sync uses Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store and is tied to your iCloud account.
