Find a Doctor – Search for a doctor, specialist, pharmacy, hospital or urgent care facility in your network quickly and easily.
My ID Card – Access your member ID card to view and share at doctor appointments or whenever needed.
My Benefits* – View plan details and benefits – right on the spot – for everyone covered under your plan.
My Deductible Tracker* – Check your status and always know where you stand in meeting your in-network deductible.
My Doctors - Access, manage and update your primary care providers.
My Claims* - Check on the status of claims from your account – including provider details, cost share and Explanation of Benefits documents.
My Documents* - Review your personal plan documents, contract, and statements.
Secure Message Center - Receive and view your secure messages from Independent Health.
Health Extras* - View your Health Extras balance and monitor your activity.
Health Apps* - Access to tools and resources to help you better manage your health and achieve wellness goals.
Live Chat* - Chat with a member services representative about claims, benefits or any question you might have as it relates to your plan.
