Vitals Keeping track of your vitals can be an intimidating task. With MyNaviCare, you will be able to easily add vitals such as blood pressure, glucose, weight, height, and your heart rate. Once you enter vital readings, you can track your historical readings in a graphical or table representation. Messages & Announcements In-application messages and announcements will be sent to you from your provider. These may include information such as recent news about your medications and overall tips to live healthier.
