Onderweg kunnen foto's gemaakt worden, laat handtekeningen plaatsen en/of scan barcodes.
Al de verzamelde gegevens worden gestructureerd teruggekoppeld. Wilt u de activiteiten of uren van uw chauffeurs vastleggen. Myorders kan de urenverantwoording vastleggen en doorsturen.
Willen u en uw klanten altijd op de hoogte zijn van de actuele statussen van uw orders? Dat kan. MyOrders verzend, na inloggen, doorlopend gps posities. Bij iedere verandering van de status van een order wordt u meteen op de hoogte gebracht.
De verwachte aankomsttijden (ETA) kunnen constant voor u worden doorgerekend. Uw Track&Trace portaal kan volledig gevoed worden door de MyOrders App. Natuurlijk mag
MyOrders ook gebruikt worden samen met het Track&Trace portaal van ITmatic Solutions of het digitale planbord Log!s.
