The MyPOMCO Health mobile app provides you with access to tools and resources to help you lead an active, healthy lifestyle. The MyPOMCO Health mobile app includes:
- A food and fitness tracker that allows you to record the food you eat and your daily activities, as well as sync health data from over 150 mobile health devices and apps, including Apple Health, Fitbit, and Garmin
- A wide variety of digital health coaching programs, including programs to manage your weight, lower your cholesterol, maintain a healthy pregnancy, or quit smoking
- The ability to store your current and past medicine information for convenient reference when at the doctor, hospital, or pharmacy
- Access to a brief health risk assessment to identify potential risk factors and provide support for making positive changes to modifiable behaviors that could put you at risk for illness
- The ability to track and monitor earned incentives, if applicable, based on your employers wellness program
