MyPranayama helps you create your own specific pranayama practice. Pick from beautiful sounds and images to create your own cues. Set any ratio of left/right inhale, hold, and/or exhale. Your iPod music will still play in the background. Record your own voice so you can play a set for your class, and then get up to assist. It is like having a teachers assistant in the room, only that assistant is you! Good for beginner to advanced and teacher alike!
