Great idea...but there is room for improvement

This app does do a great job of organizing your treasured shoe collection, but it could be more user friendly. It has a very limited colour selection, which is predetermined and does not give the user an opportunity to add their own colour interpretation for their shoes. It would be nice, if once you add your purchase history of a pair shoes, that if another pair of shoes came from the same retailer the system would recognize it and add it, instead of the user having to add the same information all over again. The system does show you a word, say if you start to type in Toronto, but it will only show it to you, it wont complete the word, so why bother showing it, if it is not going to save you time or the trouble of typing it in? When you use the 2X function the type is unclear and a little fuzzy. Also, if you need to replace a photo, it is not as straight forward as it could be. It would have been helpful to have had a purse and belt section in this app as well, even if you had to pay a little more for this convenience. All that said, I still really like this app and how it displays my shoes. It is great to be able to view my collection without having to dig through my closet and to have my purchase history at my fingertips.

Entering the information gets tedious, but after its all in, this app is great! I wish they had a clothing version! The only suggestion I have: allow us to enter our own categories.

This shoebox app is missing an important but critcal function. You cant change the names of any of the catagories!! None. The good news is the myshoeboxapp staff is working hard on a big update which could make this app 5-stars!! But can they do it?

I think it is a great tool, however not amazing. I own over 50 pairs of shoes and this app is extremely helpful. The only thing that I feel it is missing is the ability to see shoes based on the information entered like maybe all red shoes or From a certain store, or heel height. That for me is the biggest draw back. But otherwise good app :-)
