When you download the Ballad Health app to your mobile device, you get immediate access to secure online healthcare features, such as MyChart, guest bill pay, and Ballad Health Connected CareTM telehealth services.
The MyChart online health management tool gives you access to your health record from anywhere there’s internet – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
With MyChart, you can:
- Manage appointments
- Request prescription refills
- View test results
- Message your Ballad Health provider
- Access shot records
- Request an E-Visit
- Pay your bill
- Estimate your medical bill
- Upload health and fitness data from Apples "Health app”, when enrolled in self-tracking programs via MyChart
MyChart also offers convenience when you’re staying in the hospital:
- View your lab results
- Receive education on your condition
- Get an after-visit summary
- See follow-up appointments
- View complete records from your hospital stay
You can also serve as a proxy with MyChart for another patient, your child or another adult for example. Just ask a Ballad Health team member for the appropriate paperwork to stay up-to-date on a loved one’s health record.
Open the Ballad Health app when you want to pay your medical bill as a guest without having to log in. The Ballad Health app makes paying your bill easy, fast and convenient, saving you a stamp and a trip to the mailbox.
If patients want to receive healthcare from the comfort of home, Ballad Health Connected Care™ offers urgent care telehealth visits. You can request an on-demand urgent care appointment through the Ballad Health app for a number of medical conditions, such as hay fever, mild abdominal pain, pink eye, shingles and sinus infections, just to name a few. Once you have been scheduled for a telehealth visit, you will participate in a one-on-one video visit with a healthcare provider.
