There is almost no edition option and the WISIWYG editor as only the name of it… Try to do a list and it will insert html code in the "visual" editor. If you look at one of your archive, the formatting will be awful. You cannot even save a post as a draft !

myWPEdit is of course ready for OS X Lion :-)
And you can of course use it for an on WordPress hosted weblog or you own installation as well.

Simples
Aplicativo bem simples para postagem em blog. Na verdade é tão simples que chega a ser confuso… da primeira vez que usa, vários pop-up alertam dos problemas de se editar posts que já foram escritos fora do App e tal. Mas depois dá pra usar. Mas tem que tomar cuidado porque por default ele publica novos posts ao invés de agendar. Mas é possível agendar posts sem problemas.

Ich nutzte myWPEdit nun schon einige Zeit. Mir ist einiges positive aufgefallen. Aber leider auch viel negatives. Es ist keine native App. Leider. Zum schreiben von einfachen Textartikeln ist sie absolut zu empfelen. Sobald es allerdings an (z. B.) Photopostings die in irgendeinerweise mit dem Theme zusammenhägen ist es nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Die bedienung leuchtet mir immer noch nicht ganz ein aber ich denke das bessert sich noch mit der Zeit.

But there could be some improvements to increase the overall usability: * allow moving pictures to be moved around in the text by the mouse * Option to delete Pictures from the Post (it’s there, but doesn’t work) * Allow to insert pictures directly from the clipboard - that would be a killer feature! * Display H2 Headlines not as a HTML-Tag in the Text, but as s subheadline what they actually are or provide the layout preview as a tab / 2nd view one can write in

bin mit der App sehr unzufrieden. Die Formatierung ist alles andere als WYSIWYG. Der Text wirkt "zerschossen" und muss im nativen Wordpress client mühsam von Hand nachformatiert werden. Das Handling der Bilder ist umständlich. Die eingefügten Links funktionieren nicht: rausgeworfenes Geld. Schade!

Klare einfache, schnelle und schlanke Oberfläche. Perfekt. Man muss sich nicht mit den ganzen Feldern der WP Website rumschlagen. Super. Wenn man das Datum des Eintrages auch noch direkt auf der Programmoberfläche verändern/eintragen könnte, wäre es 200% perfekt.

Ärgerlich, Geld ausgegeben für einen Haufen Müll… Anders kann man diese Software leider nicht beschreiben. Mal sehen, was kann man damit machen? Man kann einen Titel eingeben, die Kategorie sollte man am Besten auswändig kennen, eine Auflistung gibt es scheinbar nicht. Der Bilderupload hat nur eine sehr rudimentäre Funktion… Die Artikelverwaltung ist schlecht, die Zeitzone muss per Schieberegler zwischen +12 und -12 verschoben werden, ansonsten wird ein Artikel halt irgendwann veröffentlicht. Nee, da bleibe ich lieber beim Backend von Wordpress… Diese Software wurde gefunden, gekauft, ausprobiert und nun in der Mülltonne entsorgt! Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis entspricht einem schlechten Kinofilm. 8 Euro ausgeben, 90 Minuten zwischen Verwunderung und Verärgerung, dann beenden und sich vornehmen, das nächste Mal das Geld lieber einem Obdachlosen zu spenden...
