If you try to book a ticket this app just redirects you to safari and opens the main website of coach busses...
Useless
This app is not really good for booking your trip with national express. On the homepage you can register where your are able to give details to you address and your email to receive the ticket. On the app you can log-in but can save your favourites only. These favourites you cant use for your booking details and the details from the homepage is not built in - so you need to give your datails everythime. You cant save Adults, Senior, Children, coachcard, disabled. For people not resident in the UK not even the home country is saved on the homepage you got to change it and type in the Post/Zip code. The favourites are not saved on the homepage and the address details are not available in the app. Conclusion: Save your hard space on your device and use the browser.
No passbook integration.
A very good and useful app. Although the description says you can export tickets to passbook. It is not true. Update that guys, integrate passbook in the app and it will be awesome !
Useless
1. There is no way to find route via names of station of departure and arrival. Only via number. It expect everybody in the world knows bus numbers of uk. 2. You can find bus via book ticket but it will not tell you bus number and wont show you stops. 3. I found Heathrow airport, and timetable for buses. But there is no possibility to change time of departure. So no planning in advance. Please when you develop apps think about use cases! If you need help with managing such IT project dont hesitate to ask me:)
Nice, clean and useful
I find this app very nice and clean-looking. Beautiful design, and lots of useful options like finding live info on bus schedules, booking tickets and viewing stops nearby. Really like the app, would recommend to others!
Not fit for purpose
Can’t log in using my National Express ID to retrieve ticket information Great Update to iOS 7 design with passbook support (I haven’t tried it yet but fingers crossed) but once you get to booking a ticket the app shows itself to be a mere container for a web form (albeit optimised for mobile) from the central server - it would be helpful to save credit card details (either in the app or through the login) to streamline ticket purchase. another quibble is that distances are only available in imperial units and login to my national express account fails -
Crashes before starting
The app looks like it should be good. But on iPhone 4 with updated software the app crashes before fully open. Mind you so does their website frequently. Hard to buy coach tickets....
