To use the app, you need a Navy Federal GO Prepaid card.

• Account Owners can easily reload money by using the “Load Money” function
• Track and manage all your Cardholder accounts
• Cardholders can request additional funds either by text, email or in-app notification
• View current balance updates in real time
• View transaction history
• Activate your GO Prepaid card
• Update your GO Prepaid card PIN instantly
• Find the nearest Navy Federal branch and ATMs in the Navy Federal Network or PLUS ATMs
Adding a new card into the Navy Federal GO Prepaid app is easy. Just tap “Create Mobile Account” and enter your GO Prepaid card number, specify if you’re the Account Owner of Cardholder, use your mobile number as your username and then create a password. You’re done!
