NCB FEED assists with incident management process with regards to incidents related to Marketing, Operations and Maintenance of NCB ATM across the kingdom.
This application allows you to report an incident in real time from your mobile phone with photo captures in which the data is geo tracked.
An automated mail notification will be sent to your registered email address once an incident is reported and after it is resolved to ensure customer satisfaction.
The app allows NCB customers to provide useful reports in just few taps.
The data entered through NCB FEED will be stored in the secured Cloud server and can be viewed through NCB ATM Dashboard.
