Description
NextEra Energy’s PowerBucks app utilizes a "virtual currency" platform for peer-to-peer recognition. Peer-to-peer recognition is a great way to motivate one another and genuinely thank your colleagues for their commitment to excellence, doing the right thing, and treating each other with respect. PowerBucks are not actual currency. PowerBucks are notional awards that can be used to enter into drawings for prizes.
The drawing is limited to employees who have redeemed PowerBucks into that drawing through the ‘Redeem’ option. The rate at which PowerBucks are exchanged for raffle tickets is 1 PowerBuck = 1 Raffle Ticket. The drawing will be held on the date specified next to the prize, and PowerBucks can be redeemed until 5 PM the day prior to the drawing date.
