Just doesnt work

Poor user interface - to the point of not being usable. The table of contents had no information to pull up, and the search feature (even for a simple otitis search) did not work either. "Games" just crash. Honestly, have a hard time recommending any reason to get this expensive app when others are available for the same price or less - and actually seem to work. One day well have a good Peds micro app - one day.

Lost content with new edition

The app could be designed to flow more intuitively. I lost all content from last edition unless I spend $30 for the new edition... Should have purchased the print edition instead!

Once expired entire info is gone

Once expired, entire info is gone in comparison to a book where you could review in a pinch if are waiting on a new update.
