Description
Having a baby in the NICU isn’t easy. NeoCare is a program for parents of babies in the NICU or recently home from the NICU. Our program is free of charge to families – including no co-pays – when it is part of their Aetna health plan.
NeoCare empowers parents to become more confident caregivers. Each NeoCare family is assigned to a NeoCoach – a licensed nurse or social worker with extensive NICU experience who can answer questions, provide information and offer support. Families connect with NeoCare via our mobile app and over the telephone so they can better cope and plan – from birth through the baby’s first birthday.
How to get started
You must download the NeoCare App to begin with NeoCare. After you download the app, you’ll be asked to enter the email address you shared when you spoke with us. You’ll then receive an email with an access code. Enter that code into the NeoCare App, and you’re ready to begin!
