Ancak 1) beyin tümörleri kısmı zenginleştirilmeli 2) daha çok görsel eklenmeli (en önemlisi: fraktür tipleri, ameliyat görselleri, insizyon görselleri) 3) arayüzde metin büyüklüğü ayarlanabilmeli 4) önemli yerleri kaydetme seçeneği olmalı 5) cerrahi aletler tanıtılmalı ( hidrosefalide şantları uzun uzun anlattığı gibi) 6) nörotravma daha ayrıntılı işlenmeli 7) uygulama tam anlamıyla stabil çalışmıyor, yatay ve dikey modlar arası geçişte sorunlar yaşanıyor ve tıklanan bölümler yerine farklı bölümler görünebiliyor 8) uygulamanın universal olmasını da sabırsızlıkla bekliyoruz Thanks by developers...

Simply awesome
Dr. Roundys neurosurgery reference is a welcome addition to the app world! I vividly remember as a medical student wanting a concise yet thorough neurosx reference that I could use. It didnt exist at the time. I am happy to report that THIS IS IT -- chuck full of useful reference info, beautiful illustrations, MRI stuff, trauma, procedural info, pediatrics, neuro critical care.. its all here in an organized, accessible format. This is perfect for medical students, PAs, NPs, nurses, etc. I think anyone that is involved in treating a neurosurgical patient should have this app, period.

Everything is fine with this app; however, it does need an index of abbreviations, that would be a plus!

A mobile Greenburg only better
Remember when you were on-call and you got a consult from the ED on a patient and you werent sure what to do and you quickly looked up for the case in Greenburg before you called your attending... Now you wont need Greenburg anymore. Dr. Roundys neurosurgery survival guide will be the only reference you will need for being on call! It also has other useful information such as important surgical approaches, neuroradiology, neuropathology, etc! It certainly helps me become a better resident!
Great NSYG app.
As a pgy4 I find this app helpful. It fills a niche well for the day to day details that I cant be bothered to memorize like grading scales and less commonly administered neuro-meds The information is easy to locate because the scope is narrow. Its far from complete but beats carrying a Greenberg in your white coat. I do wish there was a back arrow at the bottom of the screen. You have to scroll to the top of the screen to go back...kinda painful.
