Impossible dajouter une caméra lapplication me dit erreur le propriétaire a déjà ajouté cette caméra veuillez le contacter pour quil na partage

Lappli fonctionne bien avec mes caméras Secutec . Pas de soucis pour ajouter de cam. Lappli fait le job

Bonjour j ai acheté la caméra TBS 3800HD sur Amazon ... La caméra marche bien mais par contre lappli est Nul ! Elle plante sur l iPad et iPhone ... dès que l on veux voir les vidéo enregistrée sur la carte SD sa plante impossible de les voir ! Et aussi impossible de mettre la pendule de la Caméra a l heure ... une grosse mise à jours à faire sur l appli ! J ai payé cette caméra 49euro ! Merci

Aufzeichnungen können nicht angesehen werden
Beim vermeintlichen Versuch die Aufzeichnungen anzusehen stürzt die App immer wieder ab. Zudem funktioniert keine bewegungsmelder-Benachrichtigung (also der Alarm). Stark verbesserungsbedürftig! Der Basis-livestream läuft flüssig, nur diese Funktion alleine reicht für eine Überwachungskamera nicht aus.
Keep getting booted
Worked great for a few months then the app for iPhone stopped allowing me to review my alerts. Deleted and reinstalled twice still nothing. Works on iPad but time stamp is not as great as on mobile. When I click on the motion detection I want to see I get booted immediately.

アップデートしたら、アプリの色が黒くなって、待機中と表示され、開かなくなって、病気の留守番してるワンコの様子が見れなくて困っています
