The app uses your devices date and time to calculate days, hours, minutes, and seconds until New Years Day. The display gets larger as no days, hours, or minutes remain.
At 10 seconds til midnight youll hear party goers counting down. After midnight you can manually reset or let it automatically reset on January 2.
----TIPS----
Tip#1: Use your Apple TV and AirPlay to mirror your devices screen and view the countdown nice and big on your TV.
Tip#2: Enjoy your music from another app while watching the countdown.
Tip#3: Have an early countdown with the kids if midnight is too late. Just manually set your devices clock ahead a few hours and enjoy the celebration early! But remember to set your device to the correct time afterwards. ;)
Tip#4: If you want to sync the apps countdown to a television broadcast, youll want to manually set your devices clock to adjust for the broadcast delay which may vary from station to station.
