All reviews →Device not connected, has happened a few times now- very glitchy system. Should not be happening after spending this much money on this system.
The app was working great for 3 months. Now it says Not Connected and I am 1500 miles away. The installer couldn't help me so I am now out the extra money for the wifi thermostat and the $30 per month to connect to my cell phone. Now, I have to pay people in the condo to check on my brand new Trane air conditioner because the app does not work. Frustrating after spending so much money.
Same problem..disconnects frequently, required reboot.. Not the network. Began happening after the last Trane update...
Junk app. System is constantly being disconnected since I installed and set up the Nexia app.
Most of the time the app works great and has for the last few year's. Today the app indicated in history that the a/c had run for today 17 hrs and it was only one pm. This is a first so I'm curious to see what tomorrow's history will be. I hope this is a fluke.
App keeps dropping my Trane thermostat saying it isn't connected. THERMOSTAT IS CONNECTED TO WIFI!!! You need to fix the app which is rudimentary at best. Why is there not an icon to sync the app to the thermostat which would be a BASIC feature??????????????? Love my Trane system but why this APP??? Also, get connected to Alexa.
After latest update 2 days ago, the app now says not connected, yet the thermostat is communicating via WiFi. I cannot make changes via the app on iPhone or iPad. Says it disconnected at 12:35AM because of device event......
