Nice To Be Your Friend is a friendly, easy to use synthesizer, with full support for MIDI, IAA, musicIO, Audiobus, and Ableton Link. A unique feature of the app has been dual keyboards, one of which is oriented so that you can play music with a friend. With version 2.0, the app has changed significantly -- weve added in most of the features of Infinite Looper, our new MIDI looping app. There are six instrument tracks, with each track being able to record and play multiple simultaneous loops. The app will record your playing, and quantize it if you like. Use the app to build up complex looping sections, and construct a complete song. There are also ten pages of configurable pads for playing chords. NTBYF has all of the features of Infinite Looper, except the ability to save your loops, and to record audio -- and with bundle pricing, its easy to upgrade if you like! Using the low-latency MIDI over USB provided by musicIO, you can use the app to sequence synthesizers in desktop DAWs. You can also export MIDI arrangements directly from the app to your desktop or iOS DAW.
