THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST THING I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. I WOULDVE GOTTEN MORE USE OUT OF A TANK OF GAS. THE APP NEVER EVER WORKS. PLAYBACK IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE BUYS ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A FAKE SECURITY SYSTEM. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND SHOULDNT BE SELLING PRODUCTS THAT DONT WORK YET ARE MARKETED SO HIGHLY. NEVER AGAIN ALSO I HAVE A SECURITY SYSTEM FOR SALE HMU

Try deleting the app and reinstalling it. My problem is the new firmware they put out takes away the feature of viewing the recent activity through "push notification" without scrolling through all the camera footage trying to remember the time you got the notification. I hope they resolve this soon. Otherwise I really like the system.

I was having a problem getting my cameras to connect. Then I found this post written by SB. I followed the directions and my cameras connected. Thanks SB. I had problems with app too. I brought up menu on our TV for Night Owl. Then I made sure to copy name of device to app. And I used IP address. Also make sure you put in the password. Now the camera views show up on my app. Even though it never really told me it was "connected".

Night owl is run by a bunch of bitch ass dumb mother fuckers and it's disappointing that Costco would associate with these cocksucking faggots. The app is terrible. Only works for a few weeks and then won't connect to my phone. Probably run by a bunch of bullshit muslim/ISIS dropouts. Fuck this company. Spend your money elsewhere. FUCK YOU NIGHT OWL!!
